Changes to the Road Traffic Safety Act came into force on July 1, 2017
In the period from 2016-2017, legislative bodies adopted many bills on changes in traffic rules. Some of them have already come into legal force, others became relevant from July 1, 2017. In particular, from the said date the ban on the carriage of children by specialized transport (buses), whose term of service exceeds 10 years, began to operate. Amendments to the rules for the carriage of groups of children by bus
As early as June 30, 2005, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted a resolution No. 652, according to which amendments to the rules for the organized carriage of children’s groups by specialized transport (by buses) were introduced in the traffic code. Such a significant delay in the entry into force of the decision is due to the fact that the legislator decided to provide sufficient time to bring the vehicles to the required standards. So, a specialized fleet should be prepared technically, which is expressed in the installation of aboard the buses of the GLONASS satellite navigation system and tachographs. Paper TVs are replaced by electronic ones
College of the Eurasian Economic Commission 12.07.16. It adopted a resolution No. 81 on the structure and format of electronic passports of various types of self-propelled machinery. According to this decree, the structures of the State Road Safety Inspection on the whole Eurasian space are ordered to form electronic databases of the PTS. By the first of July 2017, the formation of such databases should be completed and now the usual, paper PTS become irrelevant. Extended procedure of pre-trial procedure for settling disputes under OSAGO
On September 1, 2014, the procedure for compulsory pre-trial settlement of disputes on OSAGO insurance payments was adopted. Subsequently, this procedure was prolonged and as of 07.07.17 he was renewed again. This restrictive measure provides that, in the event of an insured event under the OSAGO, a client of an insurance company who is not satisfied with the amount of the payment can not apply to the court without a preliminary pre-trial settlement.
